THE DUFFER CUP

 Founded in 2021, The Duffer Cup sought out to fill a need in the golf community. The need and desire of every common golfer to compete for a prestigious prize with their friends. An 18 Hole Scramble format held not on a weekday. An event that allows for the all of the fun perks of a formal golf scramble, open to the public at a reasonable price.

Year 1

The first year laid witness to 30 brave golfers who set out on the mission to blaze this exact path. Seneca Golf Course hosted a fine event and the creations of the finest tournament of commoners was laid out for the world to see.

Year 2

Year 2 at Shawnee National Golf Club brought out double the crowd, with 60 golfers competing for the famed Duffer Cup. A Charity of Choice was established and $2,400 was donated to the Home of the Innocents near Downtown Louisville, KY.

Year 3

No less than 80 golfers traveling from across the eastern Unites States showed up to compete in 2023. Weissinger Hills had never seen such a spectacle, with generous patrons contributing $3300 to Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana.

Year 4

A sold out scramble of 96 golfers came, saw, and duffed their way to a beautiful day. Oldham County Country Club was a step up in course conditions, and $7500 was raised for charity. Tito's and Jack Daniel's tents provided refreshment to all.
